Congratulations to local gymnast Max Whitlock after his performance in the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow.
The 21-year-old England gymnast from Adeyfield, Hemel Hempstead, won his third Commonwealth Games gold medal with individual final success. After taking gold in the all-round and team competitions, Whitlock also won the men's floor final and then added a silver from the pommel horse final.
