Hertfordshire Liberal Democrats were delighted early on Friday morning by the return of their hard-working colleague County Councillor Ron Tindall to represent Adeyfield and Highfield in Hemel Hempstead.
The result for the Hemel Hempstead St Pauls Hertfordshire County Council Division was:
Conservatives 579 (24%)
Green 54 ( 2%)
Labour 510 (21%)
Liberal Democrats 816 (33%) Ron Tindall elected
UKIP 499 (20%)
