Well Done South West Liberal Democrats!.
Yesterday (5th Nov 2015) they secured a decisive win againsts the Conservatives to hold a council seat in Torbay.
The by-election had been caused by the death of a Liberal Democrat councillor.
This was a Torbay Unitary Authority Council by-election for the Clifton with Maidenway ward.

Lib Democrats 1096 69% (UP 30%)
Conservatives 235 31% (DOWN 16%)
UKIP 158 10% (DOWN 3%)
Labour 53 3% (DOWN 5%)
Green 43 3% (DOWN 7%)
